Fun Fact: I was a biological sciences major when I joined ASBMB!

Hobbies: Longboarding, hiking, watching movies, and especially eating!

Why I joined ASBMB: I joined ASBMB to get to know fellow Biochemistry and Biological Sciences majors who would be going through the same classes and difficulties I would be going through. Not only did I get to meet peers but I also had countless opportunities to network and talk to faculty about their research!

Why I joined ASBMB: I joined ASBMB because I knew this was a great opportunity to get to know fellow peers who were in the same major. I also knew this would help me overcome the difficulty of facing a challenging major.

Fun Fact: I enjoy reading TV ratings during my spare time - what this means is I can tell you whether or not your favorite TV shows are at risk of being cancelled this year. It's quite fascinating!

Hobbies: Watching TV, sleeping, singing, swimming, writing schedules, and talking (so I've been told!)

Why I joined ASBMB: I joined ASBMB because I finally found a group of people that understand what it's like to major in such a demanding and difficult major and the many events this club hosts really opened my eyes to the endless possibilities in this field.
